Justin J. Klitsch

Mr. Klitsch currently serves as claims litigation specialist for NJ PURE. Mr. Klitsch began his career working as an associate attorney in the insurance and reinsurance litigation practice group for the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti, LLP in Morristown, New Jersey. In his capacity as a practicing attorney, he represented both insurance companies and policyholders involved in a wide-array of matters involving litigation, coverage disputes and regulatory affairs.

Since joining NJ PURE in 2014, Mr. Klitsch has utilized his legal training and experience to bring an added layer of efficiency and expertise to NJ PURE’s claims department. In addition to handling claims made against the physicians directly, Mr. Klitsch works closely with the claims manager to ensure that all physicians/insureds are afforded the most vigorous defense possible. Mr. Klitsch is also involved in NJ PURE’s various research and legislative initiatives designed to promote and protect the rights of physicians throughout New Jersey.
