Melissa Carle

Melissa Carle started their work experience in 2013 as the Manager of Business Development for Executive Office Initiatives at Freelancers Union. In this role, they served as the Project Lead to the Executive Office, collaborating with the CEO and Chief of Staff to execute the organization's business agenda. Melissa also incubated, developed, and promoted Executive Office initiatives while managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and launches.

In 2015, Melissa joined United Way as the Director of Brand Partnerships. Their responsibilities included driving revenue through the acquisition of new brand partnerships and developing pitch presentations, proposals, and scopes of work.
