Saara Hassoun

Saara H. currently serves as Chief of Staff at NJ/NY Gotham FC, overseeing daily business operations and supporting staff productivity. In addition, Saara is the CEO and Co-Founder of HT Sports Consulting, focusing on athlete wellbeing through data-driven insights. Previous roles include Senior Resource Management Associate, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at Guidehouse, where Saara implemented programs for internal mobility and resource management. Saara has also managed international projects at Intellectual Inspiration and consulted for Tri Delta. Leadership experience includes founding the USC Omega Psi chapter and holding positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Duke University Talent Identification Program. Academically, Saara holds a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, with ongoing studies as a Global Sports Fellow at Harvard University.
