Urshila Shah

Urshila Shah, Pharm.D. BCPS, currently serves as the President of the NJSHP New Jersey Society of Health System Pharmacists since May 2023 and as the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services at St. Joseph's Health since August 2021, where recruitment and reporting are to the COO. Previously, Urshila Shah spent nearly a decade at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in various leadership roles, including Director of Pharmacy Operations, and Senior Process Improvement Lead, overseeing large teams and driving cost-saving initiatives. Urshila Shah began the professional journey as a Pharmacy Resident at VA Western New York Healthcare System. Education was obtained at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, culminating in a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
