Shawn Cates

Shawn Cates is an experienced professional currently serving as a Workflow Monitor in Enterprise Management at Assured Consulting Solutions since February 2017 and as a Workflow Monitor Specialist at NJVC-LLC since October 2015. Cates specializes in managing incident, problem, and change management processes, allocating resources, and ensuring service delivery across global IT operations. Additionally, Shawn serves as a Defensive Space Officer with the Air National Guard since May 2015 and previously held various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar budgets and coordinating complex projects across diverse teams. Cates holds a Master's Degree in Homeland Security from American Military University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Southeast Missouri State University.
