Bing (Betty) Li

Bing (Betty) Li's work experience includes various roles in the field of antibody discovery and protein engineering. Bing (Betty) has had experience in leading phage display groups, establishing phage labs, and managing multiple projects with CROs. At Nkarta, Inc., they were a Principal Scientist responsible for antibody selection, characterization, and CAR-T screening. At RubrYc Therapeutics, Inc., they held the position of Principal Scientist and Consultant, where they led phage display groups, established phage screening systems, and successfully selected leading antibodies for clinical trials. At Compugen, they worked as a Senior Scientist, leading the phage display group and identifying lead antibodies for validation projects. Bing (Betty) also has a long history of experience at Genentech, where they held the roles of Senior Scientific Researcher and Research Assistant. In these roles, they led projects in affinity maturation, antibody engineering, PK mitigation, antibody characterization and optimization, and the development of VEGF variants.
