Barbara Walder

Barbara Walder is an experienced professional in coaching, leadership development, and organizational culture, currently serving as Assistant to the CEO - People & Culture at Linara GmbH since August 2024. Concurrently, Barbara holds the position of Senior Coach at DFV Mentoring, specializing in job, health, and professional integration coaching, and serves as a Senior Trainer, Facilitator, and Coach at 360gradfuehrung. With a strong background in facilitating leadership roll-outs for global organizations at NKD, Barbara has also been the Executive Director for Minerva Germany GmbH since June 2016, focusing on educational partnerships and leadership development across multiple cities worldwide. Additionally, Barbara is a lecturer for IES Abroad, emphasizing entrepreneurship and intercultural management, and recently founded The-Living_Project to support individuals and teams in their growth journeys.
