Irene Chang

Ms. Chang brings over 27 years of experience in human resource management. Prior to joining NKGen Biotech, she served as a Director of Corporate Culture and Infrastructure for Hyundai Motor group, where she strategized to establish a strong employer brand by planning corporate-wide campaigns and engagement programs for more than 1,600 employees. Ms. Chang expanded her governance to global offices outside of the US entity, where she collaborated with global offices to exchange talent and share the best practices. She led HR & general affairs which included managing recruitment, global compensation, and providing consultations to the executives and employees. Ms. Chang received both her Masters and Bachelor’s degree from Manhattan School of Music, New York.
