Erica Bricchi

Erica Bricchi has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Erica began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Southampton in 2001. In 2005, they joined REAPsystems as a Junior Engineer. From 2007 to 2016, Erica worked at Fianium Ltd., where they held various roles including Laser Development Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Head of Quality, and Operations Manager. Since 2016, Erica has been with NKT Photonics, initially serving as the Operation Manager for the UK. Erica then worked as an ERP Project Manager before assuming their current role as the Director of Operations - Planning & Customer Service.

Erica Bricchi pursued their education in optoelectronics. Erica completed their 5-year degree in Optoelectronics at Università di Pavia from 1995 to 2001. Later, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in Optoelectronics from the University of Southampton from 2001 to 2005.
