Ken Miguel

Ken Miguel has extensive experience in journalism and media production, currently serving as the Executive Producer of Special Projects at KGO-TV since October 1994, where responsibilities include generating story ideas, field production, and final editing for newscasts. As President of NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists since September 2022, Ken has held various leadership roles within the organization since 2008, including National Secretary and National Treasurer. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Producer for ABC News and positions at other networks such as KPIX CBS5, KMAX-TV, and MSNBC/Ziff-Davis TV. Ken holds a B.A. in Radio-TV Journalism and Human Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University.
