Crystal Gupta

Crystal Gupta is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in process engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at nLIGHT since May 2021, Crystal specializes in Continuous Wave Fiber Laser technology. Prior experience includes roles at ON Semiconductor, where responsibilities spanned from CMP and photolithography process engineering to supporting operations and development on advanced tools. Crystal also worked at BIOTRONIK as a Technical Services Engineer, focusing on cardiac device clinical behavior and quality testing, following earlier internships within BIOTRONIK and Intel Corporation. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon State University, earned between 2004 and 2010.
