Jeff Powell

Jeff Powell brings extensive experience in operations management across various industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and technology. Currently serving as the Sr. Director Of Operations at nLIGHT since February 2021, Jeff manages significant operational responsibilities, including the build-out of a 160K sq ft facility. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at American Unmanned, INC. and Vice President Operations at TreeNada Co., where Jeff set up production processes for residential housing materials. At Autel Robotics, Jeff held the position of Vice President, while previous roles at EnSite Power, Cornell Pump Company, nLight Photonics, IGI, JAE Oregon, and Panasonic focused on improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality control, and lean methodologies. Jeff has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to enhance production capabilities, reduce lead times, and develop team competencies.
