Stewart Tuvey

Stewart Tuvey has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Stewart currently serves as the Director of Engineering at nLIGHT since November 2022 and previously held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager from April 2021 to December 2022. Prior to nLIGHT, Stewart worked at L3Harris Technologies as an Optical Engineer, Senior Specialist starting in May 2020. Stewart also has extensive experience at TetraVue, Inc., where they worked as the Director of Illumination Systems from January 2017 to December 2019 and as a Staff Scientist from March 2010 to December 2016. Additionally, they briefly served as a Contractor at InPhase Technologies in 2009 and worked as an Electro-Optical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company from June 2007 to June 2009.

Stewart Tuvey pursued their education at San Diego State University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in Physics. Stewart'sfield of study during this time was focused on the specific area of physics known as electro-optics.
