Frederic Moeller

Frederic Moeller currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at nLighten since December 2023, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from previous roles, including Chief Financial Officer at STACK Infrastructure from September 2006 to October 2023, where responsibilities encompassed finance, private equity, M&A, debt management, legal, accounting, purchasing, information security, risk, human resources, and audit/compliance functions. Frederic also co-founded Australia's first pure-play online e-commerce IT retailer, MLI Direct Pty. Ltd., where a directorial role was held from December 1996 to March 2000, and served as Director and Founder of Myllenia Group, a digital marketing consultancy, from August 2000 to August 2006. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. from Georgetown University, a Graduate Program in International Management from the University of Oxford, and a Board of Directors Diploma from IMD, among others.
