Ilya Kondratyev

Ilya Kondratyev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and product management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of the by-products department at NLMK Group since January 2023, Ilya manages diverse product lines including cokes, chemistry, engineering products, and scrap. Prior to this role, Ilya held various positions at 3M for over a decade, culminating as the Regional Division Sales Manager, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight, business strategy development, and leading an international team. Additional experience includes product marketing at Saint-Construction Products Rus and key sales management at Ruukki Rus. Ilya holds degrees in Organization Management and Nuclear Power Engineering from prominent Russian universities.
