Caroline Bosman-Schikker

Caroline Bosman-Schikker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, communication, and event management. Currently serving as a Manager at nlmtd since October 2021, Caroline focuses on helping organizations become future-proof through strategy and innovation. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Accenture in the Netherlands from February 2017 to October 2021, including Marketing Associate Manager, where significant contributions included the redesign of the Accenture Innovation Awards into the Blue Tulip Awards and leading a transition to a digital format during the COVID-19 pandemic. Caroline's earlier experience encompasses marketing and event management roles at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and co-founding Women at Work Shanghai. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague and has pursued further education in Growth Marketing.
