Jeannette Gonzalez

Jeannette Gonzalez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the property management field. Jeannette is currently the Director of Operations at NM Residential since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Regional Property Manager at Avanath Capital Management, LLC from June 2018 to April 2021, where they achieved a 9% increase in EGI by driving rental growth and maintaining high occupancy levels. Prior to that, they held various roles at McKinley Companies, LLC, including Senior Community Manager, Floating Community Manager, Community Manager, and Customer Service Manager from August 2011 to April 2018. Jeannette also served as a Business Manager at ConAm Management Corporation from June 2010 to August 2011 and as a Property Manager at WinnCompanies from August 2009 to May 2010. Jeannette's early career includes positions as a Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Professional Management, Inc. from November 2004 to May 2009.
