Santhosh Balakrishnan

Santhosh Balakrishnan is an experienced Information Technology professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at NMC Healthcare since October 2008, Santhosh oversees a team of 34 engineers responsible for IT support across the UAE. Previous roles at NMC include Assistant Manager of the IT Service Desk and Technical Support Engineer, where Santhosh supported multiple facilities in Dubai and the NE region. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer position at Jubilee Automobiles, where Santhosh developed accounting and inventory applications, and a Data Entry Operator role at CAMS in Kerala. Santhosh holds a Diploma in Computer Application from Skiltek Computer Center and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University.
