Sean Reddell

Sean Reddell has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Sean started their career as a Learning and Development Manager at Queensland Health, where they implemented training programs and managed the graduate development program. Sean later became the Principal Consultant and Owner of Blaze Unlimited, where they focused on improving engagement in organizations. Sean then joined Sidra Medical and Research Center as a Manager of the Leadership and Management Development Unit, where they led a team in developing leaders and managers. Sean then moved on to Qatar Airways as the Manager of the Leadership Development Team, where they designed and implemented leadership frameworks and programs. Sean'snext role was at Novo Nordisk, where they served as a Senior Manager for Leadership and Competency Development, providing thought leadership and overseeing the design and delivery of leadership programs across multiple regions. Currently, Sean is the Vice President of Learning and Development at NMC Healthcare. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, and program design and delivery.
