Peter Broks

Peter has worked for 30 years at the interface of Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences. The result is a long and winding road to NMiTE that has taken him from the History of Science, through Cultural Studies, and Science Communication, taking in along the way curriculum development, public engagement, and responsible innovation. He started his working life as a journalist before carrying out research into science and the media. Since then much of his academic life has been teaching Humanities to Science students and Science to Humanities students. He is the author of two books on science and technology in popular culture.
