Prior experience encompasses roles as an IT Support Technician at CAF/SAFA and the FIFA World Cup LOC, focusing on IT hardware installation and issue resolution, as well as IT Support Consultant at Intercontinental Restaurant Wynberg, overseeing sales and inventory management alongside IT support tasks. UT holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management and a National Diploma in Software Development from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, complemented by a Computer Clerk Certification from Boston City Campus & Business College.
