Dilo Kruyswijk

Dilo Kruyswijk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dilo started their career at the Royal Netherlands Rowing Association, where they served as the Team Manager for the Olympic Rowing Team. During their time there, they were responsible for various operational tasks related to the team's participation in international championships and the Olympics.

After their tenure at the Royal Netherlands Rowing Association, Dilo joined Air France KLM, where they held several management positions. Dilo served as the General Manager for Mede@m, overseeing the centralization and management of the outsourced unit handling content management and email marketing for Air France and KLM. Dilo also served as the General Manager for the Mediterranean, Caucasus, and Central Asia regions, as well as the General Manager for Central Africa. In these roles, they dealt with complex relationships with agents, governments, and local unions.

In 2010, Dilo joined NMQ Digital as the Managing Director. In this position, their responsibilities included managing and developing the global digital services provider for multinational clients like Royal Philips, DuPont de Nemours, and Sony Corporation.
