Bart Frijns

Bart Frijns has a comprehensive work experience history. Bart began their career in 1996 at ING Wholesale banking as a VP Asset & Liability management. From 2004 to 2009, they worked at ING Life Insurance, Ltd Japan, where they held roles such as Head of ALM and Economic Capital and Teamleader Variable Annuity hedging. Following that, they joined ING Investment Management in 2009 as the Head of Fund Risk Management. In 2012, Bart joined AEGON NV as the CRO Holding until 2014. Currently, they are working at NN Group, where they have held various positions including Head Asset Data Management, Risk Oversight Europe, and their current role as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) International since June 2021.

Bart Frijns earned their MSc in Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam, completing their studies from 1989 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Albert Schweitzer SG from 1983 to 1989.
