Jos J. van der Werf

Jos J. van der Werf has extensive experience in academia and organizational advisory roles. Currently serving as a member of the supervisory board at NNCZ since January 2017, Jos has also contributed as an advisor at SESAM academie from September 2016 to February 2021, focusing on providing organizational advice to volunteer organizations in the Netherlands. Previously, Jos worked at Saxion from October 2007 to April 2016 as a professor, establishing Labora, a center dedicated to knowledge dissemination and competence development in healthcare. Jos's academic tenure includes positions as a professor, associate professor, and assistant professor at the University of Groningen from January 1974 to April 2011, specializing in business administration, drug delivery, and economics. Jos earned both a Master's and a PhD in Economics from the University of Groningen between 1969 and 1974.
