Jenn Moss has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jenn is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Noah Homes, where they oversee the full employee experience for over 130 employees. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning and leading the HR department.
Before joining Noah Homes, Jenn Moss worked as the Director of Human Resources at Newbreak Church, where they led a staff of 65 across multiple locations in San Diego. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing strategies related to employee needs, organizational culture, communication, leadership development, and long-term planning.
Earlier in their career, they served as the HR/Financial Director at Ground Level Cafe, where they played a key role in managing both the Human Resources and financial aspects of the organization.
Jenn Moss, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance at the University of Iowa from 1992 to 1996. Jenn also holds several additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), obtained in April 2023, and a certification in Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Coursera, obtained in November 2021. Jenn Moss also achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in June 2020.
