Mischa Botterweck

Mischa Botterweck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and digital services. Currently serving as Director of Technology at Noahs and Partner at Zensi Workforce Management since February 2024, Mischa also owns Reiki Zensi, a practice focused on providing Reiki treatments and workshops since 2016. Prior to these roles, Mischa spent over 16 years at DSM in various leadership positions, including Global VP of Digital Group Services, where responsibilities included leading the digital agenda for HR, Finance, Procurement, and Communication. Mischa's early career includes positions at Medtronic, Magma IT Solutions, and LogicaCMG, specializing in Business Intelligence and SAP consultancy. Mischa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
