Susan Nørgaard

Susan Nørgaard serves as the Direktør at Nørgaard & Co. since December 2016 and the CEO of Boatflex since March 2021. Additionally, Susan has been a Partner at Tanken16 since June 2019 and recently joined KOBOTS as a Bestyrelsesmedlem in June 2024. In governance roles, Susan holds positions as a Bestyrelsesmedlem for Noahs, Den Fynske Bladfond, Det Fynske Kunstakademi, and Odense Jazz Orchestra, alongside serving as a Komitémedlem - MarCom for H. C. Andersen Festivals since October 2017. Susan briefly acted as CMO on an interim basis at QuadSAT from January to October 2023. Educational background includes a Master Class in Leading through Innovation from Hyper Island and qualifications in International Business Communication and Nursing Education among others.
