Irene Franco has worked in research since 2019. Irene began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz. In 2022, they moved to Nobell Foods, where they are currently employed as a Research Associate, Protein Screening.
Irene Franco began their education in 2015 when they attended Granada Hills Charter High School. Irene graduated in 2018 and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Irene is expected to graduate in 2022. In August 2021, Irene obtained a Trained Mentor certification from the Mentor Collective.
