David Bright MSITM CAPM

David Bright, MSITM, CAPM, has over 32 years of diverse work experience in various technical and managerial roles.

David'smost recent position was as Manager, IT Service Management at Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, where they are currently employed. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing IT service management operations.

Prior to that, David worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Nobis Rehabilitation Partners from February 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, David worked at Post Acute Medical as a Technical Solutions Specialist from October 2019 to December 2020.

From June 2011 to September 2019, they worked at LifeCare Health Partners as a Regional Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they worked with client business units and information systems technical support staff to analyze and solve complex business problems using information technology. David also provided Level II application support and traveled to hospitals or offices to provide regional support.

From August 2010 to June 2011, David served as a Campus Technology Specialist Volunteer at Lovejoy ISD. David assisted technicians with their daily routine and supported various technology equipment used in school functions.

David's work experience also includes 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. David'sroles in the Air Force included Department Manager, Aircraft Maintenance, Programs Manager, and Training Instructor, among others. In these positions, they managed aircraft fleet support equipment, oversaw facility programs, conducted training, and performed maintenance on multi-million dollar cargo aircraft and support equipment.

Overall, David Bright has a strong background in IT service management, technical support, and leadership roles, with extensive experience in both civilian and military settings.

David Bright has a diverse educational background in the field of information technology management and military studies. David obtained their Master of Science in Information Technology Management degree from Western Governors University, completing their studies between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Management Information Systems from National American University from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, David also holds two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. David obtained their first associate degree in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from 1999 to 2001, followed by an associate degree in Aircraft Systems Maintenance Technology during the same period.

Furthermore, David Bright has enhanced their professional credentials by achieving the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
