Sandhya Tamma

Sandhya Tamma has a diverse work experience in the field of quality control and research. Sandhya started their career at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Research Project Trainee, where they worked on formulation research and development projects. Sandhya then joined MSN Laboratories as a Research Associate, where they gained experience in various research activities.

Tamma later joined Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc., starting as an Associate Chemist in the Quality Control department. Sandhya was responsible for analyzing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various test methods. Sandhya also conducted drug release/dissolution assays and handled method validation and transfers. Sandhya was later promoted to the role of Principle Chemist, where they calibrated laboratory instruments, developed standard operating procedures, and prepared test reports.

Currently, Tamma is working at Noble Biomaterials as a Quality Engineer and Product Compliance Manager. In this role, they provide support for all quality assurance activities, including the monitoring and disposition of incoming raw materials and finished products. Sandhya collaborates with suppliers, production teams, customer service, and clients to ensure quality standards.
