Peter Lambarth is a seasoned professional in the food science sector with extensive experience spanning several decades. After graduating with a B.Sc in Food Science and Chemistry from the University of London, Peter began a career at The APV Company as a Junior Process Engineer. Subsequently, a role as Ice Cream Research Assistant at Unilever Research provided foundational research and development experience, which was furthered in various positions including Food Development Technologist at Dale Farm Dairy Group and Development Manager at Waterford Dairies. Since 1995, Peter has served as Technical Development Manager at Noble Egg Innovations, focusing on the development of chilled and frozen egg products, while also providing technical support and expertise to both sales teams and customers. Peter transitioned into retirement in July 2021.
