Her exceptional leadership abilities have been demonstrated throughout her professional career, particularly in her military service. At the young age of 3, her daycare provider noted her natural inclination toward leadership. She is a strong believer in continuous learning and personal growth, with an open mindset to improve herself and help those around her.
At NOBLE, emphasis is placed on employee engagement, recognizing the importance of fostering a positive and productive work environment post-merger and post-COVID. Stacy and her team take the time to understand employees as individuals and tailor their leadership styles to meet their specific needs and motivations. In 2023, efforts are focused on leveling compensation and creating opportunities for growth, training, and skill development through initiatives like a new learning management platform. Additionally, working with a Board of Advisors to create training and development programs to help employees achieve their full potential.
