Vincent L. Griffith

President, MRO Solutions & International at Noble

As President of MRO Solutions and International, Vincent L. Griffith leads Noble's Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Division along with the company's international business. He provides leadership for a global staff spread across the CONUS, EUCOM, CENTCOM, and PACOM regions, working together with his team to ensure the U.S. military, federal, state, and local governments' supply chain and mission support requirements are fulfilled, and readiness is maintained. Vince strengthens and supports new and existing relationships with Noble’s government and business partners. Additionally, Vince mentors and participates as a leader within the larger Federal industry community.

Vince plays a crucial role in developing Noble's corporate strategy and business processes. He joined Noble in July of 2018 as Vice President of Strategic Growth and Development. In this position, Vince worked with senior management and contract proposal teams to provide direction for contract acquisitions and curation of Noble's defense and government contract pipeline.

Vince is a senior executive with 30+ years of military leadership. As Director of Logistics Operations for the Defense Logistics Agency, Vince managed the development of major policy and programs for the $41B agency supporting the nation's servicemembers. The range of logistics programs under his direction included new item introduction, inventory management, distribution, storage, transportation, demilitarization, and every facet of logistics support in DoD's end-to-end supply chain operations. Vince is a U.S. Navy Two-Star Admiral with demonstrated leadership and commitment to service throughout a distinguished Navy career.

Vince holds an MBA from George Washington University and a B.S. from Berry College. He is a past member of the Defense Acquisition Corps and has been a speaker and panelist at numerous DoD forums. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Berry College where he leads the Board Affairs and Governance Committee and serves as Treasurer for the Naval Historical Foundation.
