Ferry Schoenmakers

Ferry Schoenmakers is a seasoned Mechatronics Engineer with a diverse background in robotics and system integration. Currently employed at Nobleo Technology since December 2017, Ferry also actively participates as a member of Tech United Eindhoven, contributing to the success of the robotic soccer team, which secured World Champion titles in 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018, with a focus on vision, ball-handling, and system integration. Previous roles include Engineer at MicroSure from January 2016 to December 2017 and Control Engineer at Medical Robotic Technologies BV from September 2013 to December 2015, where Ferry specialized in system identification and motion control for tele-operated robots in reconstructive micro surgery. Ferry holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, complemented by an educational experience at the University of Victoria.
