Joan J. R. Brown

Joan J. R. Brown has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and telecommunications. Joan J. R. started their career in 1980 with Computer Sciences Corporation as a Staff member and then moved on to various roles and positions in different companies. Joan J. R. worked as a Staff member at Raytheon (E-Systems, Melpar Division), UNISYS Corporation, and IBM Corporation. Joan J. R. then transitioned to Vector Data Systems as an Engineer, followed by a role as a Senior Systems Engineer at SAIC. Joan J. R. further gained experience as a Senior Communications Engineer at EIS, Inc. Finally, they joined Noblis, Inc. in 1998, holding the positions of a Principal Engineer specializing in Telecommunications and Information Security, as well as an Information Assurance Analyst.

Joan J. R. Brown completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York between 1975 and 1980.
