Angga Wardoyo

Angga Wardoyo is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management. Currently serving as the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Nobu Restaurant Kuala Lumpur since December 2022, Angga previously held significant positions such as Outlet Manager at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran from November 2019 to November 2022 and Operations Manager at Cantine Cafe from November 2018 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cuisinero Uno from September 2016 to October 2018 and various roles at Atlantis Resorts between September 2008 and August 2016, including Team Leader in Seafire Steakhouse & Bar. Angga’s career commenced in the food and beverage industry with positions as F & B Attendant in Seafire Steakhouse & Bar and in Banqueting & Convention. Angga holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti, completed in 2007.
