Chad Cormier

Chad Cormier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chad is currently a Founding Partner at RSW Capital, a role they started in November 2021.

Before that, Chad was the Chairman & CEO of Marcellus Ventures Holdings from August 2020 onwards. Additionally, they served as a Strategic Advisor (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) at Velocis starting from March 2021.

In 2020, Chad held the position of Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer at NOCAP Sports, where they pioneered the Name, Image, and Likeness concept, connecting athletes with business opportunities.

Chad is also a Co-Founder of Kirby Pod LLC, a role they took on in February 2023. Chad has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at 73 Holdings LLC since August 2021. Furthermore, Chad is a Board of Director Member/Treasurer at The NOCAP Sports Foundation, starting from February 2021.

During their earlier career, Chad worked as a Senior Compliance Associate at STRAIT from November 2019 to August 2020. Chad was also a Corporate & Securities Associate at Munck Wilson Mandala LLP from March 2019 to October 2019.

Prior to that, Chad held the position of Corporate Counsel - Capital Markets & Compliance Director & Director of Investor Relations at Encore Enterprises. In this role, they were responsible for investor relations, securities law, and compliance matters for a real estate development and private equity company. Chad also handled various legal documents and conducted market analysis. Chad was employed at Encore Enterprises from November 2017 to July 2018.

Chad Cormier is a highly educated individual with a strong academic background. Chad attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Finance. Following their undergraduate studies, Chad pursued an advanced degree in law at the Washington and Lee University School of Law from 2012 to 2015, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
