Lucy Riley

Lucy Riley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in property law. As Legal Director at Nockolds since April 2016, Lucy specializes in statutory and voluntary lease extensions and collective enfranchisements. Prior roles at Nockolds include Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement and Principal Associate Solicitor, where Lucy advised on all aspects of property transactions. Previously, Lucy served as a Senior Associate Solicitor at Rooks Rider Solicitors LLP for nearly two decades, focusing on commercial and residential sales, landlord-tenant issues, and leasehold enfranchisement. Lucy began the legal career as a paralegal at Duthie Hart & Duthie. Educational qualifications include a Legal Practice Course from London Guildhall University and London Metropolitan University, along with a 2:1 Law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
