Yanina Baglieri has a diverse and extensive work experience. Yanina began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Operations Manager for an F&B Franchise, where they managed the daily operations of 8 branch food services stores and established project control procedures. In 2013, they took on the role of Head of Operations and Head of Customer Success at Technorides, a SaaS that helps private transport companies. In this role, they managed the day-to-day and general operations, HR, customer service, administration departments, and worked on a daily basis with the CTO to help and run product launches and improve customer retention. In 2017, they began working as a Regional Director - America and Customer Success Manager LATAM for noCRM.io, a lead management software. Yanina was responsible for the entire lifecycle of the customer, from onboarding to renewals/upsells, and provided day-to-day support for all incoming questions. In 2020, they became a Startup Mentor for Emprende Tu Mente. Additionally, they have worked as an HR Recruitment Consultant for Remote since 2017.
Yanina Baglieri began their education in 2008 when they obtained a Fashion Designer certification from the Ministerio de Educación de la Nación. In 2013, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Escuela Argentina de Negocios. In 2016, they obtained a Human Resources Development degree from Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Comerciales. In 2018, they earned a Pastry Chef degree from IAG and a Cake Designer certification from EAG - Escuela de Arte Gastronómico. Yanina is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales.
