Aireka Harvell

Aireka Harvell has a varied work experience. In 2017, they were the Founder of Nodat Inc., a company that drives new and repeat customers to small local businesses through a universal point system. In 2018, they were the Co-founder of Twende and an InFlight Accelerator Graduate at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. From 2007 to 2017, they were employed at AT&T, where they held the roles of Loyalty & Retention Team Lead and Sales Associate- Loyalty & Retention Org. In these roles, they were responsible for retaining customers of internet, television, and home phone services and increasing loyalty to the AT&T brand. Aireka also assisted in the development of loyalty and retention agents, coached, trained, and pushed key metrics, and increased retention rates of IPTV and High Speed Internet.

Aireka Harvell obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Cumberland University in 2015, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Aireka is currently pursuing a Master's of Professional Studies from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), with a focus on Strategic Leadership.
