Michael Mourao

Michael Mourao has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2019, they have worked in various roles across different companies. In 2011, they were a Visiting Scholar at the University of Sydney, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Warwick. Michael also served as a Supervisor of 1st Year Undergraduate Students at the University of Warwick from 2007-2011. In 2013, they joined ClusterSeven as a Team Lead and Software Engineer. In 2018, they became a Software Developer Lead at TSYS. Currently, they are a Full-Stack Developer at Nodes & Links, where they do end-to-end software development to deliver novel capabilities adhering to the highest standards of quality and security.

Michael Mourao obtained their BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick in 2008. Michael then went on to obtain their Master of Advanced Studies in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge in 2009. Following this, they obtained their PhD in Mathematics, Number Theory, Diophantine Equations, and Arithmetic Geometry from the University of Warwick in 2012.
