Jimena B.

Jimena B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jimena started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Instituto De Enseñanza Superior en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández" in 2014, where they managed virtual classrooms and corrected translations and exercises. In 2016, they interned as a Translator at the same institute.

Jimena then worked as a Training Analyst/Instructional Designer at Third Term Learning from 2016 to 2017, where they designed tailored eLearning experiences in English and Spanish to improve users' performance. Jimena analyzed training materials provided by clients and collaborated with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.

In 2017, Jimena joined Accenture as a Talent Development & Learning Analyst. Jimena was responsible for instructional design and development of learning content for ILT and eLearning delivery. Jimena also conducted tracking and quality assurance of training materials and facilitated coordination tasks. Later, they were promoted to Talent Development & Learning Senior Analyst, taking on the role of Instructional Design Lead and managing a team of two.

In 2020, Jimena joined Etermax as a UX Content Writer. Jimena'sresponsibilities included English-LatAm Spanish UX writing, product localization coordination, subtitling of internal talks and trainings, collaboration in wireframe design, and creation of style guides for the product.

Recently in 2023, Jimena became a Content Specialist at Nodus Company, where they are currently employed.

Jimena B. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English to Spanish Translation from the Instituto De Enseñanza Superior en Lenguas Vivas "Juan Ramón Fernández" in 2016. Jimena then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Audiovisual Texts and Accessibility from E. N. S. en Lenguas Vivas "Sofía E. B. de Spangenberg" from 2018 to 2020. In 2007-2008, they also completed a program in Event Planning Assistant at COE - Centro de Organizadores de Eventos, focusing on Public Relations.

Jimena has additionally obtained certifications in different areas. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in "Comunicación inclusiva" from MODII. In November 2021, they received certification in "Navegación accesible" from DALAT Comunidad. In March 2020, they completed a seminar on "UX Writing" from UX Writing en español.
