Margarida Morais

Margarida Morais has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and consulting. Margarida is currently working as a Team Lead - Product Owner at Noesis, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Virtuleap from January 2022 to June 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Product Owner at Altar.io.

Before that, Margarida was employed at Noesis from 2017 to 2021, where they held various roles. Margarida started as a Junior Consultant, then became a Consultant, and eventually became a Senior Consultant - Product Owner. During their time at Noesis, they managed projects as a Product Owner using Scrum methodology. Margarida'sresponsibilities included bridging the gap between the business and development teams, defining project visions, managing product backlogs, planning resources and timelines, conducting tests and demos, and supporting roll-outs. Margarida also had pre-sales responsibilities, such as effort estimation and proof-of-concepts.

Before joining Noesis, Margarida worked as an Analyst at Deloitte from September 2016 to May 2017.

Margarida Morais obtained a BsC degree in Computer Science and Business Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Product School in 2021, Associate Pre-sales, Expert Traditional Web Developer (OutSystems 11), Associate Tech Lead, and Professional Traditional Web Developer (OutSystems 11) from OutSystems in 2020. Margarida also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2019. Furthermore, they have certifications in Associate Reactive Developer (OutSystems 11), Mobile Developer Specialist, and Associate Web Developer - P9 from OutSystems in 2019 and 2016 respectively.
