Nancie McDonnell Ruder

Nancie McDonnell Ruder is the founder and CEO of Noetic Consultants, a Marketing and Leadership Consulting Firm. Prior to starting their own company, Nancie worked as a VP Account Director at Leo Burnett USA. Nancie holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a minor in Spanish from Georgetown University.
