Joy Tea

Joy Tea is currently the Director of Biomarker Operations at NOETIK since July 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions at TenSixteen Bio and Genentech, where they played a key role in biomarker operations and sample management. With a Ph.D. in Neurosciences from Stanford University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA, Joy Tea has a strong background in scientific research and project management. They have experience in studying neurodegenerative diseases and chromatin remodeling in neuronal development, as well as biomarker operations in cancer immunotherapy studies. Joy Tea's expertise lies in coordinating operational activities for clinical trial sample collection and delivery, as well as collaborating with external assay laboratories and internal biomarker strategy alignment.
