Erlend Mørch Grova

Erlend Mørch Grova is an experienced Project Manager and Project Engineer currently employed at NOFITECH since August 2023. Previous roles include a summer internship at 7Waves in July 2022, focusing on the simulation of a floating wind turbine, and an internship at DNV in 2021, where document classification and pricing for new vessels were key responsibilities. Additionally, Erlend served as a mentor for high school students in mathematics and science subjects at MentorNorge AS from February 2019 to November 2021 and held a part-time position as a nurse assistant at Ladesletta HVS from October 2019 to May 2021. Erlend holds a Master of Engineering degree in Marineteknikk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in June 2023.
