Sanja Mitar has a long and varied work experience. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Greco Lean & Fit as a Manager/ Performance Director, Shopify as a Technical Recruiter - UX and Development, Talent Acquisition Researcher/ Coordinator - International Growth, and Customer Success Guru, Foko Retail (Acquired by WorkForce Software) as a Human Resources Advisor, Director of HR, and Head of People and Culture, Nook as a GTM Lead and HR Advisor, and Smile.io as a Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2022, they began working at Noibu as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Sanja Mitar completed their Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care from Ryerson University between 2010 and 2015.
