Parameswari Chandrasekar

Parameswari Chandrasekar has held various roles in the software testing industry since 2005. Parameswari started as a Test Engineer at Infosys in 2005, where they created and executed automation regression test suites and manual test cases for the Property and Casualty Insurance applications. In 2010, they became a Test Lead at Polaris Financial Technology Limited, where they built the testing practice from scratch and established an offshore testing team. From 2012 to 2021, they worked as a QA Leader and Senior QA Manager at Esurance, overseeing an 8 member QA team and providing direction and guidance to a 25 member team.

Parameswari Chandrasekar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Womens Jobs in 2005. In 2014, they received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
