David Ritonja

Vice President Broadband Access Business Unit North America at Nokia

David Ritonja is an experienced executive in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Vice President of the Broadband Access Business Unit for Nokia since 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing market-leading Broadband Access products that dominate over 50% market share in North America. Previously, David Ritonja held the position of Vice President of DSL Product Development at Alcatel-Lucent, managing the development of leading DSL products in the region. David Ritonja also contributed to economic development as Co-Chair of Invest Ottawa from January 2014 to June 2018, promoting business growth and entrepreneurial initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Access Engineering at Alcatel, focusing on R&D for DSL products, and General Manager of the Commercial Wireless Business Unit at Lockheed Martin, responsible for CDMA filter products and wireless geolocation consulting. David Ritonja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering and Management from the Royal Military College of Canada.
