Ning Ci

Ning Ci has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Small Cell 5G SW Area Product Owner/Product Domain Lead/5G Solution Manager at Nokia since March 2013, and holds a SAFe Agilest certification. Previous roles include Technical Lead for WiMAX Customer Support at Newnet Communications, Technical Lead for WiMAX Access Point Customer Support at Nokia Siemens Networks, and Principal Staff Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions, where responsibility included resolving critical customer issues for a global clientele. Additionally, Ning Ci has extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager at Motorola, managing ODM vendor relationships and overseeing WiMAX Customer Premise Equipment. Prior positions at Motorola Inc. encompassed various engineering roles in the GSM Systems Division, focusing on performance testing and product development. Ning Ci holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University and has educational qualifications from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
